Medela Waterless Milk Warmer / Calesca

This eLearning module provides healthcare professionals with a comprehensive understanding of the Medela Waterless Milk Warmer™ (otherwise known as Calesca™, an innovative device designed to safely and consistently warm or thaw human milk and infant feeding supplements without the use of water.

Participants will explore the clinical importance of standardized milk‑warming practices, including evidence-based benefits for preterm and vulnerable infants, and learn how eliminating water from warming processes reduces the risk of contamination from waterborne pathogens in NICU and hospital environments.
